Heroic Perk: Word of the Omnissiah

"The attack after Omnissian Rush deals increased damage based on the duration of the rush."

Adds +5% per 0.25s of rush duration, capped at +100% at 5 seconds. Bonus applies on a separate multiplicative layer (strikeType bucket), and only to the impale attacks unlocked at the rush duration reached.

Overview

Ultima Ratio is the only Fencing-class Omnissian Axe and the only Heroic variant of the weapon. Its identity revolves around Omnissian Rush: longer rushes unlock larger impale attacks and stack a multiplicative damage bonus on top.
