Heroic Perk: Electrified Thunderclap

"Fully Charged Attacks leave behind a Shock Grenade effect."

Each Fully Charged Attack drops a lingering Shock Grenade AoE on the impact site, providing crowd-control and additional damage independent of the swing itself.

Overview

Storm's Dominion is the only Fencing-class Thunder Hammer, and its Heroic perk turns the already-deadly Fully Charged Attack into a self-stacking AoE source. The base hit clears the cluster, and the residual shock keeps stragglers stunned.
