Mechanical Details
Adds a flat-damage attack on riposte. Deals 97.5 damage on Normal Stratagems, 87.75 on Hard Stratagems. Also reduces Bulwark's Intimidating Aura and Argent Edge's Riposte (Scathing Retort) damage by 10%, and adds parry-stagger to block weapons. Parry/Block window is halved, Parry/Block start is not changed.
